Since 2002 it has organized an international competition of performance and musical composition with prizes and scholarships. The competitors who participated came from all over the world such as from Europe, Korea, Japan, China, as well as from Indonesia (as music performers and composer competitors)

Since 2020, an international organ review has been ongoing which involves the organ as a soloist and in duo, trio etc. this festival enhances the organ heritage of the puglia region with performances of ancient Baroque Music from Italy and European countries. in addition to Italian organists, the French, English, Germans, Spanish, Polish, Swiss and Russians.

Grazia SALVATORI was born in Castellana Grotte (Bari), she graduated in Piano, Organ and Organ Composition, Harpsichord and Composition. She attended advanced courses in Italy with F. Germani (Accademia Chigiana in Siena), R. Saorgin in France (Saint Maximin), L. F. A. Heiller (Holland, Haarlem), M. Torrent (Spain, Santiago and Salamanca). She participated in national and international competitions, winning 2nd prize at the A. Della Ciaja National Competition (Pistoia). She has held concerts throughout Europe and in International Festivals (France, Holland, England, Romania, USSR, Austria, Slovenia, Ireland, Finland, Switzerland, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Germany etc.). She also has held concerts in the USA, Australia (Baroque Festival in Melbourne), Mexico (International Baroque Festival Citta’ del Mexico 2004). Since 1987 she has dedicated herself to composition; she has written mainly music for solo organ and in chamber groups (flute, trumpet, voice, harpsichord and choir). She has recorded his own compositions and those of women composers (Diemer, Szönyi) for Vatican Radio, one of his toccatas for harpsichord is included in a CD produced by the Casa MUSICA e Immagine. She has published for the houses NEOPOIESIS (Palermo) and ARMELIN (Padua). She dedicates herself to the research and performance of ancient music on historical southern organs and studies on restoration and the organization of Festivals aimed at valorizing the heritage of the Puglia Region are addressed to them. Recently her concerts have been held at the Cathedral of Washington, in various cities in Poland with the violist Boguslawa Hubisz with whom he recorded a composition dedicated to the memory of John Paul II on poems by the Pope himself for RAI VATICANA. Rai Vaticana itself has dedicated a broadcast to her musical production. In 2008 she played in Belgium and Switzerland and some of his compositions were performed at the Gnessin Academy in Moscow. She often performs in a 4-hand duo with Francesca De Santis in , with two harpsichords with Maria Pia Iacoboni and in the modern repertoire with Margherita Porfido

Grazia SALVATORI is the president and artistic director of the International Competition for composition and performance which already in its 10th edition and recently named after DON VINCENZO VITTI. She has recently been the organist of the Gregorian choir NOVUM GAUDIUM and has recorded the Cum Jubilo mass by G: Frescobaldi for Rai Vaticana. Recently she has composed music for two harpsichords and for organ 4 hands, bass clarinet and mezzo soprano, Clarinet Trio. She often holds master classes on ancient organ music of the Neapolitan school both in Italy and Switzerland. In 2015 she held concerts in Switzerland, Austria. Recently she plays in a duo with the flautist Titti Dell’Orco in baroque and contemporary repertoire both in Italy and Germany and Holland. She has held concerts also with Francesca De Santis (organ 4 hands) in a repertoire dedicated to female composers. As a soloist, she will give some concerts in Switzerland, Poland. As a composer she has recently written music for voice, choir, flute, bass clarinet and percussion. In May and September 2018 her dance music will be performed in improvised form with dancers of the World Dance Mouvement (International Dance Festival) in Castellana Grotte. In 2024 she held concerts in Belgium (briuxxelles) and in Poland (Danzig). In 2025 she will play in the Cathedral of Aosta with a program dedicated to music by women from ancient to contemporary. The creation of a musical on texts of the Byzantine tradition in Puglia is planned.
